The Total Charge per item is determined by multiplying the quantity by the show rate. To guarantee equipment availability, this order should reach our offices at least 15 days prior to delivery. Payment is due IN ADVANCE of delivery, by company check or credit card. Operator Labor, if requested, is subject to prevailing hourly rates with a 5 hour minimum. CANCELLATION: A) Cancellation of equipment ordered must be received 10-business days prior to the requested delivery date to avoid a 75% charge; B) If services have already been provided at the time of cancellation, full charges will apply. Prices do not include drayage.
