Chris Gerhart, President

Chris quite literally grew up in the events industry. The first working event he ever attended was when he was 5 years old. Amazed by the lighting, the excitement of being behind-the-scenes and the way the event seemed to impact everyone who attended, he knew this would be his world. At 14 he began working in his Father’s Audio Visual company’s warehouse.

Johnny learned very early on that a desk job was not for him. While sitting in a cubicle working in call centres and in tech support roles, he dreamed of something more. That’s when he decided to take the leap into the world of events. And leap he did…working at the largest Marriott in the world, he got his first taste and loved it.

David Stone, VP Sales & Marketing

David is proudly obsessed with the customer experience. He’s done a behind-the-scenes tour of Zappos, read the 1962 Disney employee handbook front to back and back to front and has a library overflowing with customer service books that would make Walt Disney, himself, proud.
