David is proudly obsessed with the customer experience. He’s done a behind-the-scenes tour of Zappos, read the 1962 Disney employee handbook front to back and back to front and has a library overflowing with customer service books that would make Walt Disney, himself, proud. This passion was sparked over 40 years ago when he began his career in the hospitality industry and has been well-honed in his role in audio visual sales. Nothing makes him happier than when he gets a smile at the end of an event well-done. As he says, “Winning a new client is great, but keeping them coming back again and again is what I love.”
